Bringing first-class soft services facilities management to the University of Roehampton

Set over 64 acres in leafy South West London, The University of Roehampton is a large community of over 10,000 students and 1,200 staff spread over four independent colleges.

Ranked the number one modern university in London by The Times Good University Guide 2022, it’s a significant institution in the area!

In 2019, we were awarded a three-year contract in a competitive bid to provide soft services (such as building cleaning solutions and waste management services) to all sites on the general campus, events centres and halls of residence/hotel accommodation.

Since partnering with The University of Roehampton, we have:

Provided customised protective personal equipment (PPE),
Sourced new cleaning equipment including a litter picking campus truck,
Reduced operational costs to the client, and
Improved the site’s sustainability and efficiency, such as improved hub-based campus waste management and waste streams.

Since day one, we have worked closely with the university, building a strong relationship based on integrity, customer care and high-quality service delivery. In 2022, our contract was extended for a further two years, and we’re delighted to continue working with the team to provide soft campus facilities management services.
